Working on behalf of our client, a world leader in facilities technical and FM services, we are currently looking to recruit a Chef for roles in Leiston, on Sizewell B Power Station for the statutory outage starting May 2026.
Details
- Working Monday to Sunday (on a rota basis 40-80 hours per week)
- Paying £16.15/hour Monday to Friday (Time and a Half after 37 hours Monday-Friday and Saturday morning, Double Time Saturday afternoon and all hours Sunday)
- Working 8-12 hour days (Depending on your personal situation)

Duties include
- Preparing hot and cold food
- Creating menus
- Mass catering
- Stock take
- Purchasing stock
- Assisting the kitchen manager and working within a busy kitchen environment.
We are looking for candidates with
- You must have your own transport/ability to get to site and back due to its location
- Flexibility to work various shifts days/evenings/nights/overtime/weekends
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get a foot into the nuclear sector at Sizewell B or anyone looking to earn a large amount of money in a short period of time for the outage. Successful applicants will be put through full nuclear clearance and undergo a drug and alcohol test.
