Logical Personnel Solutions is a national recruitment business operating across the Construction, Facilities Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Training, and Energy & Process markets. We have supported major UK infrastructure and industrial projects including HS2 and Hinkley Point C, and continue to supply skilled personnel to several Tier One contractors. With strong growth forecasted across multiple sectors, we are expanding our operational capability to ensure we maintain excellent service levels, strengthen internal processes, and support the business through its next phase of development.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Business Partner to support the business needs alongside the Head of Operations. This role provides essential operational coordination across our national network and directly contributes to improved efficiency, consistency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Headline Overview)

  • Provide day-to-day operational support across all offices.
  • Review operational data to identify improvements and enhance operational performance.
  • Support IT & systems activities, including Access Profile (currently).
  • Assist with compliance, internal audits and maintaining quality standards (ISO9001).
  • Support procurement activity, supplier engagement and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Assisting with some HR tasks (Onboarding, Administration, Equipment Purchase), as required.
  • Support website updates, social media content and internal communications.
  • Provide on-site operational support during office visits.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in an operational, administrative or business support role.
  • Confident with IT systems and able to learn new technologies.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and structured approach to problem-solving.
