We are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller to join a major project based in Knottingley. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with technology and comfortable working in a busy project environment.

Duties will include:

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation
  • Uploading, filing and distributing documents via SharePoint
  • Updating trackers and spreadsheets using Excel
  • Preparing documents using Word
  • Managing project correspondence through Outlook
  • Taking meeting notes and producing accurate minutes
  • Maintaining organised electronic filing and document control systems
  • Supporting the wider project team with administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident note-taking ability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience within document control, site administration or project administration would be advantageous.

£18.00 per hour | 60-week project | On-site parking
