Site Administrator Knottingley Long-Term Freelance (circa 2 Years)

Logical are working with an exciting client on an exciting project in Knottingley.

Behind every well-run site is a brilliant site office. We're looking for a sharp, organised Site Administrator to take charge of the admin side of a major construction project. You'll support the site leadership team and keep records, paperwork and people moving, accurately and on time, without needing to be chased.

What you'll own:

• Running inductions for every new starter and chasing outstanding paperwork




• Site filing, document control and personnel records, including CSCS cards and competencies




• Sign-in sheets, timesheets, holiday tracking and weekly headcount reporting




• Weekly permits, visitor bookings and site access passes




• Raising purchase orders, ordering and tracking plant, and booking in site deliveries




• Test records, O&M manuals and handover paperwork




• Progress reports, the site org chart, meeting arrangements and minutes

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years in a strong administration role




• Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook




• A sharp eye for detail and pride in well-presented work




• The ability to juggle priorities and stay calm when the site is busy




• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner




• Construction experience helpful, but not essential

• Duration: Long-term freelance, circa 2 years




• Rate: Competitive rate, DOE




• Hours: 7.30am start, on-site
