A long-established, privately owned manufacturer of high-end motorhomes is looking to expand its skilled production team with the addition of an experienced Joiner . This is a full-time role working in a purpose-built workshop environment where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are valued highly.
The Role
As a Joiner you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of internal and external panels throughout the motorhome build process. Working from technical drawings, you will cut, assemble, and fit panels made from a variety of materials, contributing directly to the structure and finish of each vehicle.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and install wall, floor, and ceiling panels using plywood, GRP, aluminium, insulation, and composite materials

Cut and shape panels using saws, routers, and hand tools to precise measurements

Interpret and follow technical drawings, job specifications, and assembly instructions

Apply fixings, adhesives, and sealants to bond or secure panels in place

Collaborate with other trades such as joiners, electricians, and upholsterers during assembly

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop area
Requirements

Proven experience in a panel making, vehicle body building, joinery, or coachbuilding role

Competent using hand tools and workshop machinery

Good understanding of working with composite and traditional panel materials

Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Physically fit and comfortable working in a practical, fast-paced production setting
