Class 2 Tipper Driver (Ad Hoc Basis) Location: LS12, Leeds Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour (including holiday pay) Start Time: 6:30 AM Job Type: Ad Hoc / Casual Work We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to work on an ad hoc basis for a busy excavation contractor based in LS12, Leeds. This role would be ideal for someone who is semi-retired or looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments. Please note that work will be offered as required, so flexibility and availability at short notice are essential. Duties * Operating an 8-wheel tipper vehicle safely and professionally * Delivering and collecting aggregates, soils and excavation materials * Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting * Completing all relevant paperwork and adhering to transport legislation * Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site Requirements * Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence held for a minimum of 2 years * Valid Driver CPC qualification * Valid Digital Tachograph Card * No major endorsements or serious driving convictions * Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations * Previous experience driving an 8-wheel tipper is highly desirable * Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work What We Offer * £17.00 per hour, including holiday pay * Flexible ad hoc shifts * Local work based around Leeds and surrounding areas * Friendly and professional working environment * Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate If you're an experienced Class 2 driver looking for flexible work with a well-established excavation contractor, we'd love to hear from you
