Logical Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a long-established commercial vehicle dealership group for experienced HGV Technicians to join their Blaydon workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-equipped workshop with ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression.
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to HGVs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous HGV Technician experience
- Dealership experience advantageous but not essential
- Own tools preferred
Package
- up to £20 per hour basic
- 45-hour working week
- Days & Afters shift pattern
- 07.00 - 16.30 Earlys 11.00 - 20.30 Afters
- Alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half
- Overtime available
- Manufacturer training and development
