About the Role As Export Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the export strategy to drive sales growth across global markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, production, marketing, and supply chain teams, ensuring that customer expectations are met while navigating the regulatory and logistical challenges of exporting. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage export sales strategies and partnerships across multiple territories * Identify new international opportunities and establish long-term distributor and trade relationships * Oversee export documentation, compliance, and logistics * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production and supply meet global demand * Monitor and report on export performance, forecasting, and market trends * Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings internationally About You: * Proven experience in export management, ideally within the food, beverage, or FMCG sector * Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation * Excellent commercial acumen with a strategic mindset * Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships globally * Willingness to travel and work flexibly across two sites Why Join Us?
