A great family-owned civils contractor in Warrington is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business turns over around £20m and works with some of the UK’s leading housebuilders across infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a supportive environment, working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager who is well respected within the business and excellent to learn from. There will also be the opportunity to mentor and support junior members of the commercial team as you progress. Previous civils experience isn’t essential. The business is far more focused on attitude, work ethic and someone who wants to learn and develop long term within the company.
