We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a well-established drink distributor based in Northampton NN5 7DR. You will be completing dray work in and around Northampton, delivering to pubs, bars and restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Minimal experience is required, just a willingness to get stuck in.
The Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers
- Delivering drink and packaging products
- Driver's mates provided for larger and heavier deliveries
- Monday to Friday position with a 07:00 AM start
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent role
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Up-to-date CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No major endorsements
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Physically fit due to the manual handling involved
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
