Key Responsibilities
  • Managing valuations, variations, and cost reporting on live projects
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing accounts through to final account
  • Preparing interim applications, payment assessments, and final accounts
  • Working closely with site teams and project managers to track costs and variations
  • Maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring effective cost control
Requirements
  • Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction (circa 2 to 4 years)
  • Strong understanding of cost control and commercial processes
  • Ability to manage subcontractor accounts independently
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with site teams
  • Organised and commercially focused approach
