The Role
- Working on data centre projects
- Full responsibility for CVRs and cost reporting
- Subcontractor procurement, management, and negotiation
- Variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Working closely with project teams
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong commercial and reporting skills
- Confident in managing and dealing with subcontractors
- Able to operate independently on live projects
- Data centre experience is beneficial, but not essential
