Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established food wholesaler based in Bradford (BD4). This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries to restaurants, takeaways and food outlets across Yorkshire
- Delivering food products with the assistance of a driver's mate
- Handball involved, so a good level of physical fitness is essential
- 10:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DR, DD, IN or other major endorsements
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimal Class 2 experience considered
