About the Role
Logica Security is a fast-growing UK-based cyber security consultancy working with Boards, CISOs and Procurement leaders across regulated and complex industries.
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven, and hands-on Marketing and PR Executive who can work alongside the CEO, senior commercial team, and external agency partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and public relations strategies that strengthen our brand, enhance visibility, engage target audiences to generate sales and business growth..
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B marketing and PR experience who’s looking to apply their skills in a commercially focused, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels, targeting senior decision-makers (CISO, CIO, Procurement, Board).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Help coordinate, write and publish engaging content, including press releases, media kits, thought leadership, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Liaise with external agencies and freelancers to manage the execution of campaigns and content production.
- Maintain and update the Logica Security website (Wordpress), ensuring pages are SEO-optimised and conversion-focused.
- Track marketing and PR performance using tools like media monitoring, Google Analytics, CRM, and campaign dashboards.
- Ensure our messaging is sharp, consistent, and aligned with cyber security sector priorities.
What We’re Not Looking For
This is not a junior admin or social media assistant role. We’re not looking for someone who:
- Simply posts to LinkedIn without understanding the audience or objectives
- Focuses only on metrics or non-commercial outputs
- Needs micromanagement to execute tasks
Instead, we’re seeking someone who understands the importance of clear messaging, lead quality, and the role marketing plays in business growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, working with cyber security, in a tech, consultancy or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting or delivering content-led campaigns that drive engagement or MQLs.
- Confidence working with external agencies, freelancers, or internal stakeholders.
- A strong grasp of marketing tools — from CRM and email to Google Analytics and SEO basics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Get
- Performance-based bonus for every MQL that converts into a sale.
- Autonomy to make a visible impact in a small, growing business with potential for progression.
- Remote flexibility with occasional in-person meetups.
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and visibility of strategic decision-making.
- A supportive and technically sharp team to learn from and collaborate with.
