If you’re a hands-on B2B performance marketer looking for flexibility and the chance to put your stamp on a growing business, this newly created role could be a great fit.
You’ll join an established business selling specialist services to other organisations throughout the UK.
Marketing is being brought in-house for the first time, giving you the opportunity to shape the approach and see the impact of your work.
What you’ll get
- Hybrid working, with two days a week from home
- An early finish on Fridays
- The opportunity to build a marketing function and make a measurable contribution to growth
What you’ll be doing
Paid lead generation will be a big part of the role. You’ll manage LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, from campaign build and audience targeting through to budgets, testing and optimisation.
You’ll own conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager and the ad platforms, reporting on enquiries, cost per enquiry and channel performance.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll use their feedback to understand lead quality and improve campaigns.
Alongside paid activity, you’ll improve SEO and landing pages, build the company’s organic LinkedIn presence and create credible content for a technical B2B audience.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Specialist who is comfortable both setting the direction and doing the work. You’ll have:
LinkedIn Ads experience, including audience building, lead generation and measuring cost per lead
Hands-on Google Ads experience, with campaigns you’ve built and optimised yourself
Experience generating leads for B2B services with longer sales cycles
SEO results you can talk through, including improved rankings for commercial keywords and the enquiries they generated
You’ll be commercially minded, organised and comfortable taking ownership of a standalone role while building a close working relationship with the sales team.
