What you'll do:
- As Sales and Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead on creating new business opportunities while working closely with the company directors and wider team.
- You’ll focus on building relationships with local and regional SMEs, understanding the challenges they face, and showing how the company’s technology, security, and communication solutions can help them operate more effectively.
- With an excellent local reputation, strong growth behind the business, and inbound enquiries already coming in, you’ll have a solid platform to build from.
- The role combines proactive prospecting with warm opportunities, giving you the freedom to create momentum while being fully supported by an established, full-service IT provider.
- From initial conversation through to close, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term, loyal customers.
