We're recruiting for a consultative, B2B sales role that offers a relationship-led sales approach with no cold calling. You'll join a stable team and a great working environment, and you'll have the ability to put your own steer on how you make sales.
From the start, you'll be eligible for our 9-day fortnight, giving you 20+ extra days off per year, because great people do their best work when they have time to recharge.

- A mix of inbound enquiries, repeat customers and a large database of previous customers and leads to go at.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE around £42k, with clear scope to grow earnings as you build accounts.
As a Sales Executive, you'll join a close-knit, supportive sales team in a role where you'll feel very much part of the business.
- Manage incoming enquiries with a consultative approach.
- Make outbound calls to historic and lapsed accounts.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new markets and sectors to achieve your OTE.
- Guide customers through their full journey—from enquiry to handover and retention.
Previous sales, business development or account management experience is required. You should be motivated, proactive, and confident in phone-based sales, skilled at building rapport and nurturing long-term customer relationships, and comfortable managing both new business development and account growth.
Working hours are Monday to Friday (every other Friday off), office-based. Basic Salary: £32,000 basic, with realistic OTE around £42,000 (uncapped commission). A genuine, close-knit, family-oriented team.
