We’re working with a small but established, family-run business that’s looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly office team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly – from answering the phones to coordinating travel for site teams. About the role: As an Office Administrator, you’ll be part of a close-knit office team where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for calls and visitors, while also supporting the day-to-day admin that keeps the business ticking. You’ll work closely with other team members who are always happy to help, and although the role is office-based, your work will touch on different parts of the business, giving you insight into how everything connects behind the scenes. Duties include: Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the office Managing and maintaining filing systems and general office organisation Collating and checking timesheets and expenses Inputting invoices and expenses into SAGE accounting software Booking hotels and accommodation for staff working away Supporting the wider team with general admin and ad-hoc tasks What We’re Looking For: Previous experience within an administration/customer service-based role A friendly, professional phone manner and confident communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Someone who is reliable, well-organised and enjoys working as part of a team What’s on Offer: Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year Office-based role with a stable Location: Stone 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Christmas shutdown
