The product Is linked to how tips are received via peoples salaries to help share appreciation and support outstanding customer service. You will be selling the software as a service to the hotel and restaurant industries in the UK. Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our message and platform. Someone who’s not afraid to lend a hand and go out of their comfort zone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new clients, negotiate partnerships, and help spread our amazing message. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate, forward thinking, comfortable with sales and business development, and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic start-up environment with huge growth potential. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Engage Prospective Clients – Focus on the hotel and restaurant sector, developing new business opportunities. 2. Own the Outbound Process – Meet key KPIs across calls, emails, and meetings to drive engagement and conversions. 3. Market Research & Opportunity Identification – Analyze industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential target markets. 4. Pipeline Development – Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, and existing relationships. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Product & Industry Expertise – Understand the product and industry pain points, effectively communicating the value proposition through meetings and product demos. 7. Industry Awareness – Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. 8. Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Assist the team in managing customer requests and addressing potential incidents. 9. Whitespace Mapping & Tech Stack Analysis – Identify gaps within the industry and understand potential clients' current technology stacks to tailor sales strategies. Key Requirements: 1. Proven Sales Experience – Track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within SaaS or hospitality SaaS. 2. Strong Communication & Relationship Building – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. 3. Negotiation Skills – Ability to drive successful outcomes with a focus on achieving win-win solutions. 4. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 5. Adaptability – Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment with the ability to adjust to evolving priorities. 6. CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency – Experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and enhance customer interactions. 7. Passion for Technology & Customer Service – Enthusiastic about innovation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences. 8. Willingness to Travel – Flexibility to attend client meetings and industry events as required. 9.
