Job Overview

Our client is looking for a team of Sales Consultants with existing knowledge and experience of selling off market, re-sale, BMV properties and refurbished HMO style investments. You will be selling to the portfolio building market and focus on selling investment opportunities that are yield driven rather than discount/price driven. Their product is not uniform like an off-plan development; however it is pretty consistent with lots of similar properties, with similar investment characteristics spread across the UK. Most of the selling is done on the on-boarding of an investor through the fact find.

Responsibilities:

  • Source the right opportunity for them.
  • Talk about yield, capital growth and sale exit etc.

Essentially, selling off plan is selling the potential. As a consultant, you'll be generating interest among existing leads within the CRM system. This is not a cold-calling role but you will be addressing inquiries from people who have been contacted via marketing campaigns and will need following up via phone calls and emails.
