What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless, high-quality service across the hotel.
  • Financial Management: Take full accountability for the F&B P&L. Manage food and labour costs, optimize stock control and implement strategic pricing/menu engineering to maximize margins.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak times, building guest rapport and swiftly resolving any service issues with flawless service recovery.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety, food hygiene (HACCP), and local licensing regulations.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a high-volume, premium environment (hotel, resort, or busy multi-outlet restaurant).
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with a proven track record of managing budgets, labour percentages, and food cost targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern hospitality tech stacks, including POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros), inventory tracking software, and rota management tools.
  • Leadership Style: A natural motivator with excellent communication skills, capable of staying calm, composed, and organized under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Food Safety Level 3/4 and a Personal Licence holder (highly desirable).
