Hotel: North Leeds

The role: You will support the F&B Direct Operations Manager in running the venue's dining, bar, and events operations such as weddings and conferences. Key duties include:

  • Leading front-of-house staff
  • Monitoring daily service quality
  • Managing stock
  • Being involved in budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

About you: They are looking for a good personality, good potential to train and invest in.
