The role: You will support the F&B Direct Operations Manager in running the venue's dining, bar, and events operations such as weddings and conferences. Key duties include:
- Leading front-of-house staff
- Monitoring daily service quality
- Managing stock
- Being involved in budgets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
