They need an exceptional Programme Manager to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of this high-impact, multi-jurisdictional initiative.

The Challenge

You will own the roadmap, budget, and delivery of a global risk-based customer screening platform. Your mission is to establish a seamless capability for onboarding, periodic rescreening, and alert investigations that is fully compliant and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Direct key vendor relationships (screening, KYC, system integrators) and chair steering committees with Executive leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • FinCrime Transformation Expert: Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound AML, KYC, PEP, or Sanctions screening programmes in regulated finance, banking, or fintech.
  • Enterprise Tech Delivery: Deep experience with complex SaaS platforms, data integrations, master customer data, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Regulatory Gravitas: Solid understanding of global financial crime expectations, with experience managing audits and assurance requirements.
  • Elite Leadership: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence ExCo and Board-level stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
