Responsibilities

• ole:Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure across stores, Head Office and warehouse locat
• ionsLeading the IT setup and readiness for new store openings and refurbishm
• entsDelivering infrastructure and POS rollout projects with minimal disruption to operat
• ionsProviding BAU support for tills, networking, connectivity and store technolo
• giesTroubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimise down
• timeParticipating in an on‑call rota for critical incid
• entsActing as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and engineering t
• eamsSupporting store lifecycle activities including openings, closures and relocat
• ionsMaintaining clear technical documentation and contributing to process improvem
• entsMentoring junior engineers and supporting knowledge sharing across the

Qualifications

• for5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure sup
• portStrong experience supporting retail technology environm
• entsKnowledge of SD-WAN, Fortinet, switching, Wi‑Fi and POS sys
• temsExperience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Direc
• toryStrong Windows Desktop and Windows Server support experi
• enceExposure to VMware and Hyper‑V environm
• entsKnowledge of Microsoft SQL and FTP sup
• portExcellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis sk
• illsStrong communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders at all le
