A Data Migration Consultant / Engineer / Lead is required by my BioTech client to join an ERP IFS implementation. They work a hybrid model with 2 days onsite in their Hertfordshire office.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in data migration for ERP systems; relevant project experience in IFS is desired but SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with data cleansing, de-duplication, and archival processes.
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries).
- Understanding of validation protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of data integration tools, ideally Boomi but MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, SSIS etc considered.
- Knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules.
