We’re looking for a senior data leader to define and deliver our clients enterprise data strategy and target architecture, enabling AI at scale across a modern data ecosystem. You’ll lead the Data Architecture function and Data CoE, driving a data mesh approach that empowers domain teams to build high-quality, AI-ready data products. This role is central to improving data maturity, governance, and value across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute enterprise data strategy and roadmap
- Lead and grow a high-performing Data Architecture team
- Establish data governance, standards, and operating models (ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata)
- Enable AI readiness, including data quality, lineage, and Responsible AI controls
- Partner with AI CoE and platform teams to deliver scalable data products
- Drive adoption of modern data practices (cloud, data mesh, CI/CD)
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence organisation-wide change
