My client are a rapidly growing global logistics organisation who are looking for a dedicated WMS Fulfillment Specialist / Product Owner to join their team near Heathrow.
In this vital role, you will take full ownership of their Warehouse Management System (Mintsoft), acting as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, system integration, and daily application support.
If you have a deep understanding of WMS fulfillment, (any experience with Mintsoft is a bonus), and enjoy working closely with clients to get their operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Key
Responsibilities
- System Ownership: Act as the primary champion and Product Owner for the Mintsoft WMS across the clients operations.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding journey for new clients, setting up their accounts, inventory structures, and workflows.
- E-Commerce Integrations: Configure and test live integrations between Mintsoft and major channels and networks.
- Application Support: Serve as the go-to technical support contact for internal warehouse teams and external clients, troubleshooting system issues and resolving queries quickly.
- Continuous
Improvement: Gather feedback from warehouse staff and clients to optimize system workflows, configure client portal, and improve overall platform utility.
Skills & Experience
Required
- WMS Expertise: Proven experience working extensively with Warehouse Management Systems (Mintsoft is highly desirable) or a closely related platform.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing software support.
- Tech-Savvy Logistics Mindset: Good understanding of fulfillment processes, courier systems, and API/plug-in marketplace integrations is ideal.
- Problem Solver: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex technical features to non-technical users.
