Job Title Warehouse Management System Analyst - WMS Analyst Role Purpose The WMS Analyst will act as the internal subject matter expert for the company's Warehouse Management System ( Mintsoft ), supporting the Fulfilment business that manages stock on behalf of third-party customers.
The role is responsible for configuring, optimising, and troubleshooting the WMS, ensuring data integrity, driving process efficiency, and supporting integrations between Mintsoft and other systems (e. g. carriers, marketplaces, customer platforms, ERP/finance systems).
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring warehouse systems continue to operate efficiently while supporting business change, system improvements, and new customer onboarding.
This is a hybrid technical/operational role, bridging the warehouse floor, IT, and customer-facing fulfilment operations.
Key Responsibilities System Administration SQL knowledge a strong advantage.
Experience with system integrations (APIs, EDI, or middleware platforms) and troubleshooting integration issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills — able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
