We’re looking to offer a salary of £42,000 to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days + bank holidays, fuel card, company vehicle and company pension and you’ll be provided with the necessary tools to perform the role effectively, including a company phone and laptop.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting a regional engineering team, acting as first-line escalation for performance, service, or conduct issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Driving service performance by managing PPM, RCT, reactive, and maintenance workloads to ensure completion within required timescales and achievement of client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Working collaboratively with the scheduling team to jointly manage key account PPMs, ensure same-month completion, effective portal usage, and accurate KPI reporting aligned to client requirements.
  • Enforcing Health & Safety standards across the business through toolbox talks, audits, client meetings, performance reporting, and identifying training, equipment needs, and continuous improvement opportunities.
