Logic 360 Ltd, part of the Assured Group of companies, are pleased to be recruiting Valet Drivers on behalf of our end client for the FastPark service at Edinburgh Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy airport operation supporting a premium valet parking service.
As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for safely moving and parking customers’ vehicles while delivering a professional and efficient service. Working as part of a dynamic operational team, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are handled with care and that the FastPark service operates smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Role Responsibilities
- Safely driving and parking customer vehicles within the FastPark facility and designated parking areas
- Carrying out vehicle inspections before moving vehicles, recording any existing damage where required
- Maintaining high standards of care when handling customer vehicles at all times
- Following operational procedures and safety guidelines within the airport environment
- Ensuring vehicles are parked accurately and efficiently within allocated bays
- Reporting any vehicle or operational issues to the on-site management team
- Supporting the overall flow of vehicles through the FastPark service to maintain operational efficiency
- Representing the service professionally when handling customer vehicles
Candidate Requirements
- Drivers must hold a full licence valid in the UK (Must be checked via DVLA or equivalent)
- Be willing, and obtain a Criminal Record check from Disclosure Scotland (which will be reimbursed on commencement of the contract)
- Have a minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Have no more than 3 penalty points on your licence
- Be confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles
- Be able to demonstrate careful, responsible driving practices
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work within a team environment
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Applicants must also be able to meet the insurance requirements associated with driving customer vehicles.
Working Environment
This role is based at Edinburgh Airport, working within the FastPark valet parking operation. The position involves working outdoors and requires a high level of awareness when operating within a busy vehicle movement environment. Shifts will operate across a 7-day operation, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
