Working Shift Patterns: Varied days between Monday – Sunday
Working Hours: 05:45am – 14:00pm (Average 40 hours per week)
Salary: £15.00ph rising to £15.75ph after 12 weeks
We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our team as a Shuttle Bus Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers from the car rental site to the terminal buildings at Heathrow. This is a customer focused position where you will meet and greet the passengers, assist them onboard with their luggage, and offer an all-round high level of customer service throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet all customers
- Assist customers on board the minibus with their luggage and suitcases
- Use the radio system to communicate with fellow drivers
- Transport customers to and from the terminal drop off and collection points
- Adhere to the highway code at all times
- Conduct vehicle checks in line with company policy
Requirements:
- Valid PCV and CPC licence (Minimum of 2 years experience)
- Have no more than 6 penalty points
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Customer service experience (Preferably in a driving-based position)
- Be flexible to work mid-week as well as weekends
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
- Additional driving qualifications would be beneficial
