Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team as a Branch Manager. This is a “hands‑on” management role where operational assistance is required within the team of 7 employees. We are looking for someone with commercial sense, strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of handling worldwide LCL & FCL shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch logistic operations
- Implement improvements to maximise productivity and profitability
- Lead, motivate and develop branch employees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage and monitor branch budgets, financial performance
Requirements
- Experience within a management role in Freight Forwarding (Medium sized business)
- Ensure operational compliance across the whole branch
- Knowledge of worldwide LCL and FCL shipments
- Strong customer and client relationship skills
- Have the ability to manage, motivate and train the team
