Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team as a Branch Manager. This is a “hands‑on” management role where operational assistance is required within the team of 7 employees. We are looking for someone with commercial sense, strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of handling worldwide LCL & FCL shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch logistic operations
  • Implement improvements to maximise productivity and profitability
  • Lead, motivate and develop branch employees
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor branch budgets, financial performance

Requirements

  • Experience within a management role in Freight Forwarding (Medium sized business)
  • Ensure operational compliance across the whole branch
  • Knowledge of worldwide LCL and FCL shipments
  • Strong customer and client relationship skills
  • Have the ability to manage, motivate and train the team
