Working Hours: 06:00am – 15:00pm & 14:00pm – 23:00pm

Client‑Specific Information: We are representing an industry leading Car Rental company, who have over 9,000 branches worldwide and are one of the largest transportation groups in the world. They are actively onboarding suitable candidates to complement their Shuttle Bus operation at one of their flagship branches based at Heathrow Airport.

Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to come and join our team as a Shuttle Bus Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers from the car rental site to the terminal buildings at Heathrow. You will meet and greet the passengers, assist them onboard with their luggage, and offer an all‑round high level of customer service throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet all customers
  • Assist customers on board the minibus with their luggage and suitcases
  • Use the radio system to communicate with fellow drivers
  • Transport customers to and from the terminal drop off and collection points
  • Adhere to the highway code at all times
  • Conduct vehicle checks in line with company policy

Requirements:

  • Valid UK manual driving licence
  • Valid CPC/PCV Entitlement
  • Public or private bus driving experience
  • Customer service experience (Preferably in a driving‑based role)
  • Be able to work on the required 6 on 3 off shift pattern

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
  • Driver CPC card
