Location: Heathrow Airport

Employment Type: Temporary (40 hours per week)

Working Shift Patterns: Varied – Days will include a mix of midweek and weekend work

Working Hours: 07:00am – 23:00pm (You will be allocated a mix of 8 and 10 shifts between the times listed)

Salary: £12.80ph (Weekly pay)

We are currently seeking highly motivated, target driven and customer focused individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first‑class service to customers whilst working towards sales targets and KPIs. You will greet customers on arrival, serve them throughout their rental process, and sell additional products and services where possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face to face customer interaction throughout the car rental process
  • Upselling additional products and services to customers
  • Preparing, completing and documenting all necessary paperwork
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Check and assess vehicle conditions on arrival and exit

Requirements

  • Experience in the car rental industry (Preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience (Retail, hospitality etc)
  • Competent using a variety of computer systems
  • Able to provide an exceptional level of face to face customer service
  • Able to work a mix of early and late shifts – including weekends
