The Role
Within this role, you will be working as a part of an experienced workshop team, ensuring our vehicles are finished to the highest standard for your customers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 1st inspections on newly arrived vehicles, noting shortages and damages found
- Complete forms to enable estimate generation
- Use the tablet inspection device to inspect vehicles
- Work in a team to meet specific KPI’s and deadlines
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed
- Passionate about the motor industry and willing to work to the highest standards set by customers
- Capable of working independently on vehicles and making decisions when required
- Excellent attention to detail
