Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Handover Specialist join our client’s team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To manage the vehicle handover process for collection agents for all models and manufacturers.
  • Be knowledgeable about all the vehicles that are handed over so that specific enquiries on controls/features/specifications can be answered.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork / checks required by the contract have been completed prior to the vehicles leaving site.
  • To Work closely within the handover team to keep customer care and satisfaction at top industry levels at all times.
  • Responsible for the quality and cleanliness of vehicles being handed over.

Skills Requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers at the point of collection.
  • To offer an explanation of the vehicle controls and demonstrate as required.
  • To assist with the Hand-over Agents with the handover of vehicles.
  • To ensure all vehicles are present in the GTG area and checked by the end of the working day for the next days collections.
  • Supporting other areas within the Handover process when necessary.
  • Qualification and Experience
  • Preferable experience within the same role.
  • Full UK/EU Driving Licence
