Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Bodyshop Supervisor to be a part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and manage the Bodyshop team
- Plan, control and coordinate all daily activities of the Bodyshop
- Ensure all KPIs are met by supporting the Bodyshop team
- Must be hands on when required painting, prepping, polishing vehicles
- Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard
- Effectively prioritise the WIP report for completed vehicles
- Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies
Qualifications:
- Management / Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Full UK/EU driving licence
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Bodyshop repair methods
- Hands on approach in a fast-paced environment
