We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Area Cleaning Manager to join our team and cover the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that business objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple cleaning operations across the region
- Client meetings
- Complete weekly payroll, using inhouse clocking system
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of services in line with the contract specification
- Lead, motivate, and support site-based cleaning teams to deliver consistently high standards.
- Visit client’s sites across the region to ensure customer standards are met
- Complete site Audits and Toolbox talks
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff, offering support and guidance
- Ensure Health & Safety, company compliance requirements are adhered to across all sites
- Due to operational needs you may be required to cover staff's holidays/sickness
- You’ll ideally have
- Management experience in a multi-site cleaning role
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service relationship skills
- Firsthand knowledge of the cleaning sector
- Understanding of Health & Safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
