Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Paint Sprayer to join our client’s professional and growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality refinishing work across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for spraying, including masking, sanding, and priming. Mix and apply paints to match original manufacturer colours and finishes. Carry out spray painting to a professional standard on panels, bodywork, and complete vehicles. Ensure all refinishing work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Operate and maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in line with health and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with preppers, polishers, and body repair technicians to meet deadlines. Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet both manufacturer and customer standards. Qualification and Experience: IMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre. Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products. Previous experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Full UK / EU driving licence. Skills Requirements: Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to achieving a flawless finish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a professional approach. Awareness of health and safety procedures.
