Job \\n\\nDescription: We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Paint Sprayer to join our clientβs professional and growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality refinishing work across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish and customer satisfaction \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nPrepare vehicles for spraying, including masking, sanding, and priming.\\nMix and apply paints to match original manufacturer colours and finishes.\\nCarry out spray painting to a professional standard on panels, bodywork, and complete vehicles.\\nEnsure all refinishing work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.\\nOperate and maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in line with health and safety requirements.\\nWork collaboratively with preppers, polishers, and body repair technicians to meet deadlines.\\nConduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet both manufacturer and customer standards.\\nQualification and Experience:\\n\\nIMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent).\\nProven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre.\\nStrong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products.\\nPrevious experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.\\nFull UK / EU driving licence.\\nSkills Requirements:\\n\\nExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to achieving a flawless finish.\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\\nStrong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.\\nGood communication skills and a professional approach.\\nAwareness of health and safety procedures.\\nFlexibility to adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.\\nHow to Apply: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, we want to hear from you!
