\\n\\nJob Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Panel Beater to join our clientβs professional body shop team. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and customer satisfaction. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nAssess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method.\\nRemove, repair, and replace damaged body panels.\\nUse welding, filling, and straightening techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.\\nEnsure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards and within agreed timescales.\\nWork collaboratively with paint sprayers, MET technicians, and preppers to complete jobs efficiently.\\nMaintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.\\nAdhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.\\nQualification and Experience:\\n\\nIMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent).\\nProven experience as a Panel Beater within a body shop or accident repair centre.\\nSkilled in welding, jig work, and panel alignment techniques.\\nFamiliarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.\\nFull UK / EU driving licence.\\nSkills Requirements:\\n\\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\\nGood problem-solving and practical repair skills.\\nStrong organisational and time management abilities.\\nEffective communication skills and a professional attitude.\\nAwareness of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.\\nHow to Apply: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, we want to hear from you!
