We're looking for experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Team Leader who will be an integral part of our client's team as a Vehicle overlooking work done on all types of makes and models of vehicles.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, manage, plan and control all activities of all the Bodyshop staff
- Must be hands on painting and prepping vehicles
- Control and coordinate the activities of all Bodyshop staff i.e., Smart Repair, Prepper/Polisher and Paint.
- Oversee all repair and paintwork of damaged vehicles in the Bodyshop
- Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard
- Effective prioritising of all jobs and volumes in the Bodyshop
- Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all job cards are completed correctly
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies.
Qualification and Experience:
- Management / Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Bodyshop repair methods
- Team player, good communicator
- Hands on approach in a fast paced environment
- Full UK/EU Driving Licence
