Location: Heathrow Airport (LHR) with occasional travel to Gatwick Airport (LGW) when required

Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Shift Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00

Logic 360 is working in partnership with a leading aviation services provider to recruit an experienced IT Co-Ordinator to support operations at Heathrow and Gatwick Airport. The IT Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure across all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) sites. Acting as the first point of escalation for IT issues, this role oversees day-to-day IT operations, provides hands-on technical support, and ensures compliance with company standards and cyber security protocols. The IT Co-Ordinator will also manage relationships with vendors, coordinate IT projects, and partner with operational teams to deliver reliable and effective technology solutions.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure seamless IT operations at GSE sites by maintaining robust infrastructure, resolving technical issues quickly, and safeguarding the business against cyber risks. By supporting hardware, software, networks, and user needs, the IT Co-ordinator enables efficient site operations and business continuity. This role also contributes to IT strategy by identifying improvements, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
