The Role
Within this role, you will be working as a part of an experienced workshop team, ensuring our vehicles are finished to the highest standard for your customers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 1st inspections on newly arrived vehicles, noting shortages and damages found
- Complete forms to enable estimate generation
- Using the tablet inspection device to inspect vehicles
- Working in a team to specific KPIs and deadlines
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
Skills and expertise
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed
- Passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in your work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
- Ability to work independently on vehicles and make decisions when required
- Excellent attention to detail
