Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our client's team. You will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within the Fleet Solutions Division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots of enthusiasm. Within this role, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries.
- Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected.
- Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker.
- Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included.
- Production and/or use of daily reports to track and progress days on-site and days in status KPI’s.
- Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicles.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles.
- Liaise with despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection on-time.
Skills Requirements
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
- Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
