Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Paint Sprayer to join our client’s professional and growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality refinishing work across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for spraying, including masking, sanding, and priming.
- Mix and apply paints to match original manufacturer colours and finishes.
- Carry out spray painting to a professional standard on panels, bodywork, and complete vehicles.
- Ensure all refinishing work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in line with health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with preppers, polishers, and body repair technicians to meet deadlines.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet both manufacturer and customer standards.
Qualification and Experience:
- IMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre.
- Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products.
- Previous experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Full UK / EU driving licnece.
