Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Rectifier to be responsible for Polishing and Rectifying paint defects on vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out polishing of new painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the overall finish matches the original factory finish.
- Rectifying any paint defects that may have occurred during the paint process.
- Flat and polish with a handheld polisher.
- Ensure all parts are removed and refitted in line with manufacturers instructions and bagged and labelled for easy identification.
- Adhoc duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience completing vehicle rectification.
- Full UK/EU driving licence.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role will be essential (minimum 2 years).
- Confident using all the necessary tools and materials required for this role.
- Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to both work as part of a team and using own initiative.
- Flexible to work overtime during busy periods if required.
