Client-Specific Information: We are representing an industry leading Car Rental company, who have over 10,000 branches worldwide and are one of the largest transportation companies in the world. They are actively onboarding suitable candidates to complement their Shuttle Bus operation at one of their flagship branches based at Heathrow Airport.
Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to come and join our team as a Shuttle Bus Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers from the car rental site to the terminal buildings at Heathrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet all customers
- Assist customers on board the minibus with their luggage and suitcases
- Use the radio system to communicate with fellow drivers
- Transport customers to and from the terminal drop off and collection points
- Adhere to the highway code at all times
- Conduct vehicle checks in line with company policy
Requirements:
- Valid PCV and CPC licence (Minimum of 2 years experience)
- Have no more than 6 penalty points
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Customer service experience (Preferably in a driving-based position)
- Be flexible to work mid-week as well as weekends

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

- Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
- Additional driving qualifications would be beneficial
