We are also a Network Partner of Diamond Logistics, giving us access to nationwide systems, operational support and logistics infrastructure. As we continue expanding our fulfilment and B2B delivery services, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Yeovil.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive salesperson who can identify opportunities, build relationships with business owners and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with excellent earning potential and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads
  • Sell fulfilment solutions to ecommerce companies
  • Acquire clients for courier, pallet and B2B delivery services
  • Book and attend meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare quotes, proposals and follow-ups
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly activity updates
  • Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in logistics / fulfilment (preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Confident interacting with business owners
  • Full UK driving licence
