Description
Our client is a global alternative investment manager focused on private debt. They seek a Product Specialist Associate to support corporate direct lending and adjacent strategies, partnering closely with investment and distribution teams to elevate client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate, consistent data.
- Co-ordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co-investment opportunities.
- Draft timely responses to regular and ad-hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
- Track timelines and deliverables across contributors to ensure on-time completion.
- Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
- Synthesise market and portfolio insights into clear, client-ready content.
- Own quality control for all client-facing outputs.
- Handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a product specialist or client-facing role within institutional asset management.
- Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with private debt and corporate direct lending concepts.
- Proven project management skills and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related; MBA/CFA a plus.
